(for 40 guest) for small gatherings to 40'x40' Frame Tent (for 120 guest) for a neighboorhood party style. Planning on grilling for a large crowd and don't have a large enough grill, no worries we got you covered with our Commercial Grill. Bring on the cold sweets with out snow cone machine.

Red Gingham Tablecloths: Nothing says "summer!" quite like a red and white checkered tablecloth, after all.

Chestnut Cross Back Chairs: Our chestnut cross back chairs add the perfect amount of lived-in Americana to your party look (plus, they're comfy!). 

Chair Sashes: Tie these around the backs of your chairs to up the festivity! We recommend burlap for a little added texture and rustic charm, but white is a great option, too.

​The cocktail reception immediately followed in the venue's "Cafe" space, with a charming living room-style sitting area nearby in the Studio using venue furniture. This set-up allowed for a quiet, comfortable space to sit during the mostly-standing-room cocktail hour. In addition, bookshelves were positioned to divide the room to make the area feel more intimate. Finally, to make the practical also personal, venue coordinator Alexa Evans suggested the couple showcase sentimental items and family photos on the bookshelf.

​The week of the big day, the weather forecast fluctuated between light rain and clear skies. As they neared closer to the big day, the couple contacted us to add a tent so that the remaining patio would be covered in the event of inclement weather. Bistro lights were also strung around the perimeter and down the middle of the tent.

At South Party Rental, we put great pride into our work. When the couple's furniture had been set up, our manager Ruben Andres wished that white drapery had been rented for the tent poles. Hoping to add the perfect finishing touch, Ruben decided to make a separate trip back to the venue with draping anyway, elevating this event's effortlessly elegant biergarten look even further.
